SMS Text Messaging Service

MJog is Picton Medical Centre’s Automated SMS Texting Service – You will receive appointment confirmation and reminders as before, but you will now have an option to be able to reply to the text to Cancel your appointments if needed.   No need to wait in a long queue to cancel over the telephone

All you need to do is contact the practice to consent to receive SMS text and confirm your mobile telephone number with us.

Always ensure that we have your up to date mobile/contact details so that our reception can update your record

Mjog Smart App

Want to keep your SMS Inbox free?, why not download the Mjog Smart App.   This is a more user friendly messaging service via an app, with auto reply buttons. For example, you can respond directly to messages, cancel your appointment or respond to be able accept/decline your important health campaigns.

Messages will be in an easier to read format, some with links to websites and useful information in relation supporting your decisions around your healthcare.
