What’s your heart age?
The British Heart Foundation have teamed up with NHS Choices to bring you a new way to check your risk of having a heart attack or stroke.
If you’re 40 or over you can use this tool before your NHS Health Check to get an idea of what your results might show. 30-40 year olds can use it too. It will give you a heart age plus lots of advice about improving your heart health.
The Heart Age Test:
- Tells you your heart age compared to your real age
- Explains why it’s important to know your blood pressure and cholesterol numbers
- Gives advice on how to reduce your heart age
